All of our robots are driven by the same ambitions: goodwill and positive attitudes are at the core of all our products and applications.

 

Our robots are created to perceive their environment and interact as naturally as possible. They are benevolent, useful, and designed for everybody, including children and adults.

 

They find applications in multiple sectors; i.e. healthcare, academics, retail, hospitality, finance, tourism, restaurants, government, etc.

Robots for Humans

Aldebaran paves the way of robots for humans by focusing on cohesion and interactions between robots and humans.

Strongly believing that next generation of robots must work hand-on-hand with humans, Aldebaran innovates on natural interactions, dynamic adaptation to environment and secured collaboration to ensure humans will always be in control.

 

These are the key element of this next generation of robots named “Cobiots”, and angular stones of the CobiotX concept which concretize our goal of Robot for Humans!

In accordance with the provisions of the Avenir professionnel law of September 5, 2018, aimed at measuring the pay gap between men and women, Aldebaran publishes its EgaPro  Index (rated out of 100):
GENDER EQUALITY INDEX 2023: 93 / 100


In 2023, Aldebaran calculates its Index based on 4 indicators:

  • The gender pay gap: 39/40,
  • The gap in individual increases: 35/35,
  • The number of employees increased upon their return from maternity leave: NO/APPLICABLE (no return from maternity leave in 2023),
  • Parity among the 10 highest paid: 5/10.
 

The reference period taken into account for this calculation is the calendar year from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023.
These results correspond to the strict application of the calculation methods set by Decree No. 2019-15. Aldebaran is committed to promoting professional equality and affirms its attachment to respecting the principle of non-discrimination between women and men.

 

Concrete actions and reflections exist in order to pursue this commitment.  
A three-year agreement (2022 – 2024) on professional equality between women and men was signed on February 15, 2022 with commitments on 6 areas of action (it being specified that only 3 areas are mandatory in view of the company’s current workforce):

  • recruitment,
  • access to vocational training,
  • professional promotion,
  • actual remuneration,
  • working conditions / Health and Safety,
  • the reconciliation of professional and family life. 
 

For each of the above areas, progress objectives and actions have been defined, accompanied by quantified indicators.
A new agreement will be discussed in 2024 with the aim of pursuing concrete measures in terms of professional equality.

Index de l’Égalité Hommes-Femmes

Conformément aux dispositions de la loi Avenir professionnel du 5 septembre 2018, visant à mesurer les écarts de rémunération entre les hommes et les femmes, Aldebaran publie son index de l’Égalité Hommes-Femmes (noté sur 100) :

En 2023, Aldebaran calcule son Index à partir de 4 indicateurs :

  • L’écart de rémunération femmes-hommes : 39/40,
  • L’écart d’augmentations individuelles : 35/35,
  • Le nombre de salariées augmentées à leur retour de congé de maternité : NON/APPLICABLE (aucun retour de congé maternité en 2023),

La période de référence prise en compte pour ce calcul est l’année civile du 1er janvier 2023 au 31 décembre 2023.
Ces résultats correspondent à l’application stricte des méthodes de calcul fixées par le décret n°2019-15. Aldebaran s’engage en faveur de la promotion de l’égalité professionnelle et affirme son attachement au respect du principe de non-discrimination entre les femmes et les hommes. Des actions et réflexions concrètes existent afin de poursuivre cet engagement.  
Un accord triennal (2022 – 2024) sur l’égalité professionnelle entre les femmes et les hommes a été signé le 15 février 2022 avec des engagements sur 6 domaines d’action (étant précisé que seuls 3 domaines sont obligatoires au vu de l’effectif actuel de l’entreprise) :

  • le recrutement,
  • l’accès à la formation professionnelle,
  • la promotion professionnelle,
  • la rémunération effective,
  • les conditions de travail / Santé et Sécurité,
  • la conciliation entre la vie professionnelle et la vie familiale. 

 

Pour chacun des domaines ci-dessus, il a été défini des objectifs de progression et des actions accompagnés d’indicateurs chiffrés.
Un nouvel accord sera discuté en 2024 avec pour objectif de poursuivre des mesures concrètes en matière d’égalité professionnelle.
